To demonstrate the characteristics of Japanese patients with pyoderma gangrenosum (PG), we analysed data from 41 patients over 15 years in our department. Patients included 17 males and 24 females (male to female ratio was 1:1.4), aged between 15 and 89 (mean: 54.8 years) (figure 1A).
