Primary cutaneous lymphomas (PCLs) are a rare group of extranodal non-Hodgkin lymphomas characterized by accumulation of atypical mononuclear cells in the skin, above all lymphocytes, with no evidence of extracutaneous disease at the time of diagnosis [1].
