A 28-year-old man, from Cameroon and having lived in Belgium for the last two years, was admitted with a febrile rash. He had no significant medical history. For the last three weeks, he had been taking clindamycin for a suspected skin abscess. Physical examination revealed a maculopapular rash with swollen hands and feet, polyarthritis, and hepatomegaly.
