Peripheral T-cell lymphomas (PTCL) are a group of mature T-cell neoplasms accounting for less than 15% of all non-Hodgkin's lymphomas [1]. PTCL-not otherwise specified (PTCL-NOS) represent an “empty basket” that encompass cases featuring specific histology, nodal presentation, and aggressive and unpredictable clinical outcomes.
