Bullous drug eruptions are infrequent and potentially serious situations. Bullae are characteristic of two main diagnoses: the spectre of toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN), the most serious, and the bullous fixed drug eruption (FDE); even if other severe drug reactions can sometimes be bullous.
