A 27-year-old Japanese woman presented with erythema on the trunk and extremities and a 10-day history of low-grade fever (approximately 37.5 °C) in February 2014. At the age of seven, the patient had been diagnosed with morphea based on the histopathological findings of a skin biopsy taken from an erythematous lesion of the right leg.
