Diffuse dermal angiomatosis (DDA) is a well-defined clinicopathological entity belonging to the cutaneous reactive angiomatoses, a group of benign vascular disorders characterized by intravascular and extravascular hyperplasia of endothelial cells with or without accompanying pericytes [1].
